[Closed] What's the catch with this app?

Followed the developer's link to Facebook and there's a lot of complaints. Streaming from a server, can't be legal?

Yup, streaming happily. Maybe it only supports so many simultaneous connections.

Is this then cartoon HD one? Works fine on my android phone, bit of a slow burner on the ipad, will wait and see. More useful on my phone anyway I can plug that into my tv the old fashioned way.
