They send invoice for bike you pay by cheque and keep invoice make sure you have their home address +works address and e-mails. Write on back of cheque invoice reference and that it si for a bike

difficult really as as buyer you could get shafted what ever method you use.

don't do paypal gift use paypal services or goods and you should be covered but read the small print really carefully.

Bank transfer but no way for you to get your money bacj

Is there no way you can meet up and do it old fashioned with cash, it's the only safe way. If the person really wants to sell there bike they will do all they can to get your cash.

Just be carefull with your hard earned cash

What if the bike is not as described are you willing to take the risk?

things can be hidden/adjusted in photos remember

Don't do it. Either collect or meet.

You're going to give someone you don't know 700 quid for something you've never seen..

Can you afford to lose 700 quid?

Do you know anyone in London or can you find a courier that will do COD.

Err - just like most folk using the Classifieds on here. Or ebay. Have you been in a coma for the past 10 years?

get on the megabus!!!!

If it's the bike of your dreams it's worth the effort.

I used to drive to Aberdeen every week from S.wales, not that bad
