Chilli - with my girls as the Mrs is out - special blend of cayenne pepper & chilli gives a pleasantly warm after taste – youngest daughter not the keen on ‘spicy food’ so I have to be clever/subtle with flavours

3 x slices of homemade wholemeal, delicately toasted on one side, flipped over, smothered with beans, topped with grated cheese and back under the grill again.
Remove from grill.
Garnish with a dash of HP - et-voila

Tebay services is fantastic, dangerous place to be when you're hungry though!

I often get a bit of pie to take home to the wife when on my way back from Scotchland or the Lakes.

When heading up to Scotland (it really is Gods country) for a spot of playing-silly-buggers-on't-bikes, it is frightfully bad form not to stock up on growlers. And then stock up again on the way back 🙂

Every motorway services should look like this

KFC? Burger King? I don't think so
