Same as every day.
Salad (cheese, cherry toms, rocket, cucumber, ham (or other meat))
Yoghurt (they were out of Activia so a side-pot today)
Orange or nectarine
Kit kat (or similar).

Goats cheese and pickle sandwich & sausage salad and onion chutney sandwich, bananas, white choc and honey rice crispies cake with sprinkles made by my daughter

Same as usual, two peanut butter and cucumber sandwiches and four loose cherry tomatoes, followed by two strawberry jam sandwiches and a little cake.

The only variety is monday and tuesday where it's chicken paste day rather than peanut butter.

Same every day/week/month/year.

Just had a banana and a granola slice, just finishing my tea then I'll be off out for a ride. I'll probably grill some bacon and haloumi when I get in 🙂
