Going out for a curry night!!
Excellent cook, good company and plenty of booze without a restaurant bill - and staying the night so no taxi home either 😀

+1 for the Indian curry takeaway, set meal for 4 (yes there are 4 of us). not chosen yet tho...

We're having a barbeque out in the yard. Got an incinerator dustbin and the barbie for warmth and with plenty of ale we should all be quite cosy.

Should be good.

Homemade pizza and some Rioja to wash it all down with.
Whatever you're doing have a good 'n.

Pie chips and beans!!

Mrs has prepared some homemade spring rolls to be followed with sticky belly pork and bok choy then chocolate souffle.

Chateaubriand nice and rare.

I might put a pot noodle on and then have a cry.

yep, I'm getting an Indian takeaway, and sitting on my buttocks playing my new xbox shooting peoples heads off in Medal of Honour. Got work at 830am so sacking off the whole drinking/going out thing.

Beans on toast (white bread), food of the gods.

Bits and bobs then off to the local for beers and food! Have a great one folks!

Lemsip and ibuprofen for me.

Special fried rice and some duck spring rolls.

Unfortunately they are from Marks and Spencers rather than the local and rather tasty Chinese takeaway.

I got a £25 gift card for m&s off me gran so me and the missus have been and blown £20 of it on tonights feast of :-

Chicken kievs
potato and spinach gratin (with extra cheese)
veg
bacon and cheese rolled up things
garlic bread
bread and butter pudding with cream!!!!

Salmon en Croute, Hasselback potatotes and a few glasses of Chabli to wash it down.

+1 for indian takeaway.. poppadoms...mango chutney and onion relish

I made chilli at lunchtime for a last minute party for 12 and it's been gathering flavour nicely, and there's still a pile of Hooky in the garage, so I think we're sorted. 😛

Depends what we can find out. Mrs A and I are off to see Sonic Youth in town

Indian take away for 5 here too. Garlic naan, poppadums with pilau rice.

Sausage, mash, carrot, turnip, sprouts, onion gravy and champagne.

Just having sausage and mash but yesterday did pulled pork with the pork cooked on low heat for 7hrs and was yum. Which was for today but smelt good so had it yesterday instead !!!!

Some damn fine grub there, we've just had honey roasted gammon with dauphinoise spuds and a glass of Rioja. Or two maybe... prepared by my own fair hands whilst the current Mrs Pickers was at work

Merguez sausage casserole - with harissa, apricots and loads of root veg.

Served with Total yog and crusty white bread.

Dinner guests dropped out so more for me and Mrs Ping.

Tonight's grub: roast duck. Then grapes at midnight as Spanish tradition dictates, then off out at 1 to a party. Taking the kids, they're half-Spanish and can handle it 🙂

Green thai chicken curry washed down with wine.Moving on to vodka and red bull and champers for midnight.Happy new year to you all 8)

Home made Thai Red Curry, washed down with a Lemsip or two.

Cheese n onion pasties to start the evening, making chilli later.

Sausages wrapped in Serano ham roasted with whole grain mustard yorkshire pud served with peas & gravy.

Oh no I've got tea envy 👿 Pasta here with... something. Got to the butchers after it had shut and couldn't face the supermarket. Least it will be carby to prepare me for the evening ahead.

Pork escalopes in a breadcrumb coating with cheesy bits and dolphin potatoes 😀 and some bubbly stuff too! Happy new year folks!!!

Scampi and chips - a blast from the eighties!!

sirloin steaks, baked spud, salad, onion rings, bottle of red jam dougnut followed by left over chocy and a case of peroni ----------------------BERP--------

Just got back from my favourite Turkish in Dalston. Had a mixed meze for starters and then the mixed kebab. Yum yum! Just got home and gonna watch the Godfather boxed set. Should surface sometime next week. And not a drop of alcohol! Been a whole year.

Filet Steak in a red wine and worcester sauce with Potato Dauphinoise, mini sweetcorn and mange-tout. Cooked perfectly by my wife with some lovely Ozzie cab sauv.

Nom Nom Nom.

Chinese take-away with the kids earlier. Will see in the new year with a cuppa. Up early tomorrow, pre-dawn ride before kids are up.
