I know this is a far more accurate place of diagnosis rather than the doctors* so, I tweaked my left hip/groin doing breast stroke but am having trouble pinning down what it might actually be.
I get pain if I try and squeeze my knees together right in the inside corner and if i am lying down and go to sit up I get pain kind of where the stomach muscles end above your groin.
So, do you think I have tweaked 2 things or is there one specific thing that could cause both.
* I am actually going to consult a doctor but am interested to get an idea before I see him :o)
From most to least likely:
Groin strain. Painkillers and MTFU.
Hernia. Possible op.
Bad Aids. You're going to die.

Wouldn't I be able to "find" a hernia though? Pressong aroudn the place doesnt show any odd bulge or anything.
