We've got a twelve week old Labrador, and although I kind of knew they were greedy buggers before we bought him, I had no real idea just how greedy. This mornings total so far is:
His own bowl of food.
The remainder of the cats food.
The remainder of the kids breakfasts.
Half a laundry basket (wicker).
Part of a compost bin (plastic).
One fairly large stone.
Two snails, shells and all.
The dirty, greedy, chocolate brown bas***d.

It's the snails I cant cope with. I keep finding partially chewed remains everywhere, and they're a bit shocking to stand on in bare feet.

The good news from your point of view is that they really don't grow out of it 🙄 .

Always remember seeing a lab owner i knew from walking my mutts down the park, chasing his black lab round the park as she snuffled on acorns (which can poison dogs). Always bought a grin to my face 😛

Most labs look like they've eaten too many pies. Probably a glandular thing 🙂

Ian - he's just big boned, but then again, it could be a glandular thing. It's definitely nothing to do with the fact that he will try and eat everything in his path, regardless of the consequences.
