I can't think of many worse places in the UK to spend 3 hours in the middle of the night. HTH.

yes, nightclubs or casinos - most casinos will let you in for free but you will need ID. Play a couple of rounds of roulette and then go and watch TV on their big leather settees. They always have a lounge around bit so that groups of people go and play and some run out of money before their friends but they want to encourage the whole group to stay so provide alt entertainment.
& obvs .... C&H.

Head down an alleyway and suck warm lager from the badly-pierced navel of a Lady Of The Night? Then treat self to Brazilian Pulled Chicken King Pot Noodle from the 24hr service station?

Casino not a bad idea. Comfortable and the door policy should mean it's not full of drunken ****s. Take photo ID.

Blackpool in the early hours can be rough. I've turned up for races at 7am on a Sunday and there are still people staggering round the streets shouting.

If it was me I'd just pay £50 for a Travelodge!

Between 2am and 4.50 you say?
Should still be a good crowd of folk going around at that time.
Make some new friends. 😉

I couldn't think of a worst time to be stuck in Blackpool.

Get a taxi or lift to Genting casino north shore ( near the cabin ) or G casino at the sandcastle. The casino at Coral Island may be open but do not go any further past Coral Island along Central Drive, seriously.

I think I will be getting a taxi. Can you hail a taxi or do they need phoned?

G casino looks ok.

You're joking, right? The Northern Riviera is in full swing at that time in the morning? This presents a unique opportunity to explore levels of depravity few humans ever witness in their lifetimes.

Then simply jump on your train, and nobody need ever know*. What happens in Blackpool, stays in Blackpool.....

Enjoy.... 😀

* Though the 1000 yard stare may be a giveaway

Should think all the god awful bars will still be open for as long as you need. Either find a hen party and follow them to the "in" place to be, or head to where the police are hanging around.

Haven't been out in town for a long time now, but as you're going to rebellion, you'll be after a "decent" boozer. Last time I went in, the blue room was closed, but that's the pub of choice if its open. Gillespie's also, but it's not what it was. Bootleg social could be alright, you might find the tache operating somewhere. Other than that, you're looking at revolution, walkabout type stuff.

I'd call a cab, wouldn't want to be wandering round looking for a black cab on giro night in Blackpool 😉

I did this with a group of mates when I was about 20. Spent most of the night hiding from the locals, who seemed to be particularly deranged.

If it was me I'd just pay £50 for a Travelodge!

I fancied that myself but haven't enough husband points to go. Decendents are always good. Flag, Jello Biafra, Agnostic Front and Stiff Little Fingers would have made for a rare old time

Dangerous place at that time of morning......the amount of nylon means a huge risk of static shock.

AirBnB a room for less than a Travelodge. Get a few hours kip, breakfast by the seaside and get a later train home?

There's an all night garage at the big car park down the bottom end and some greasy spoons that open early at the north end. Don't try and sleep in the beach it's really cold.

Bike ride along the sea front. There's an off-road cycle path which runs all the way from Blackpool to Cleveleys to Fleetwood, stays right at the sea front all the way, and it's spectacular (in places) when the tide is in.

Casinos if you want to stay out of the way but even then some of the "characters" go there as they still serve ale.

Thursdays used to be booming but its moved to a monday now (monday madness £1.50 a drink most places)

There isnt actually a lot to do at daft oclock as it really comes alive at weekends and bank hols etc.
