well?
Green Mile
Bladerunner
The Godfather
The Exorcist
Green Mile
It's on tonight.....
The Godfather
Lord of the Rings - any of 'em. I mean, I just don't like the thought that 3 hours later I'll still be going with it.
Only watched the Godfather II a couple of months back. Not bad, although the special effects and car chases weren't up to much. And there wasn't any computer hacking at all - what's that about?!
Colleague at work - aged 50 and male hasn't seen ANY of the Star Wars films. How is that possible?
Don't bother with The Godfather...
The Godfather
Citizen Kane
haven't seen any of the lord of the rings films. infact, i have only seen one of the above films.
one of my friends from school has also, never watched any of the star wars films.
Schindler's List
Jacob's Ladders
opps. didnt read title 🙂
erm........
I've never seen any of the Star Wars films or that Lord of the Rings tosh.
Another one here who has not see The Godfather.
the Matrix. Or the Godfather.
Godfather +1
Sound of Music
Mary Poppins
(At least my wife thinks they are classics)
The Godfather trilogy is terrific, provided you're into mafia films. Carlito's Way is good too.
Lord of the rings and Godfather. Got them all on dvd but never seen them.
Lord of the Rings (any of them) seen a few bits on telly
Green Mile (can't stand Tom Hanks)
High School Musical 2
Blair Witch Project
The godfather series.. just doesn't interest me
ET... for the same reason as above.
Schindler's List +1, not for any particular reason though, just never caught it at the start.

I've never seen any of the Star Wars films.
I've seen enough clips of them in my years but never actually sat and watched any of them all the way through. There was a time when i thought I ought to, then a time when i decided not to because it's a reasonably unusual thing to have never seen them. But now my daughters are nearly old enough to be able to start to follow them and enjoy them, maybe in couple of years time we'll all sit down as a family and watch them for the first time together.
star wars
I've got the Lamb Shank Reduction (or whatever its called - you know, everybody's top 5 fillum evva) on our Digibox for about 3 months but we can't be arsed to look at it.
Seen the Shawshank Redemption, it was OK, wasn't the BEST FILM EVER or anything though.
Never seen The Godfather (doesn't interest me) or Schindler's List either
ET
Believe it or not ive never seen any star trek, star wars, lord of the rings, OR ANY James bond films. Hate sci fi and never fancied watching bond.
Godfather here too.
I have only seen 3 of the Star Wars films, and of those, 2 of them only once.
Haven't seen any of the newer ones, but they don't qualify for the tone of the thread anyway, do they?

I think that is the only genuinely amazing film mentioned so far. And yes, I've seen it (with girlfriend when I was 18) 😀 😀 😀 😀
Every year I print off the IMDB top 100 and try to cross a few more unseen films off. Think I'm down to:
- Godfather Pt II (started a couple of times, not run all the way through yet)
- The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
- Casablanca
- Seven Samurai
- Rear Window
- Citizen Kane
- Lawrence of Arabia
- Paths of Glory
- Spirited Away
- Das Boot
- Gran Torino
- Metropolis
ET
Citizen Kane
Seventh Seal
Wonderful Life
Have last three on DVD must puill finger out
I've not seen many must-see classic movies. The most egregious one probably though is Goodfellas, as one of my mates goes on about it a lot and I bought it on DVD several years ago but still haven't gotten round to watching it.
Only seen twenty minutes of one of the original star wars films, thought it was utter w**k and didn't bother watching any more. Have heard Seven Samurai is great, have seen the anime series and was really impressed.
simon g I haven't seen any of the films in that list.
I have never seen Dr Zhivago or The Graduate.. ever
My mate has never seen any of the Back to the Future films.....
WTF is that all about?...
Never seen Reservoir Dogs, Blair Witch or ET
On the other hand watched Flags of our fathers and Letters from Iwo Jima they were both very good!

Yeah, I've just seen them, both excellent films. Clint really can direct rather well.
I've not seen the Big Lebowski.
Seen every one posted thus far but have never seen 'The Bridges Of Madison County'.
I've never seen "It's a Wonderful Life" - which is on every Xmas somewhere, and i love James Stewart! Maybe this year....
For all the people who've never seen Citizen Kane; do it soon, it's a great film!!
The Wizard of Oz
That resurrection of Jesus one they put on every Easter with Robert Powell in it (how can Jesus have been a white caucasian anyway? - subject of another thread I think)
Titanic
2 that spring to mind are a Japanese film called Ran, king lear in samuri.
The other called silent running
seen 1 of the alien(4), star wars(4) and star trek(1) films
wrestler
district 9
I wish I had never watched The English Patient!
Never seen any of the Harry Potter films but did use Hagrid's house for fire wood one winter.
Also, any of the godfathers.
