My googlefu is weak. Last year I got prescribed steroids but I can't for the life of me remember what they were called.

Prednisolone is the normal go-to for tablets. Don't know if you meant tablets or nasal spray/inhaler.

Just finishing a course of Prednisolone to help with my asthma after a chest infection.
Had the same last year too.

Prednisolone was what I used to be given for asthma plus chest infections, until I had a reaction to it.

Cheers. That's what I've got loads of in the drawer but all I could find was side effects to asthma.
