ingredients,

1 egg
caster,iceing, granulated sugar
SR and plain flour
butter
milk
citrus fruits
oats
rice

any suggestions?

pancake would win, but upside down cake wins on shear technical difficuty of baking one with 1 egg!

175g caster sugar
3 lemons
4 eggs
50g plan flour
500ml milk
= lemon suprise pudding a perenial favourite in our house.

= lemon suprise pudding a perenial favourite in our house.

Since he's only got one egg it will be a surprise.

I'd go for rice pudding.

Butter
Sugar
Rice
Milk

Simple and great if made well.

butter large ovenproof dish
beat your sugar and butter till nice n creamy n white
add lemon zest n juice it will probably curdle but no problem
beat your eggs in one at a time ( yolks)
then beat in flour and milk, gently
beat your egg whites till snowy peaks and fold in
put in ban marie and bake at 45 mins at 180.

matthewjb hes going to make it tomorrow when he's got more eggs, because its much nicer than rice pudding. lol
