The child's parents, Amy Allen and Edward Studley, said: "We very much appreciate the support of our family, friends and local community at this very difficult time.

"We are concentrating our focus on our son Harry's recovery and would appreciate if we could have our privacy respected in order to allow us to do so."

Quite simply, needs locking up. He's clearly a danger to society and his own kids if this is what he thinks of as appropriate behaviour.

Hopefully the prison experience will knock some sense into him.

Yep and the police statement is about negligence and getting to the bottom of things. I'm not defending anyone for something they may have done just holding back on judgement until the facts come out. Unless of course you can join the dots faster than the police are letting them out.

Arguing? Well it's somewhere between a very tragic accident and something much worse, we don't really know so headline is a bit disconnected from the actual report - almost sensationalist.
