The creche want me to pay an extra 60 quid every 3 months for the nipper to do something called playball (it's an hour a week). I'm already paying through the nose and nothing I've been shown or read is convincing me that it's any better than the kids playing normally.
I'm definitly been pressured into it, as the kids doing it get a tshirt and are supposed to wear them. if not they sit inside doing other things.
Anyone here had any experiences?
bump..
Isnt that just what nurseries are meant to do anyway?
you are being rail-roaded into their money-making scam using a mix of guilt and exclusion.
Tell them to poke it and find somewhere else for the nipper to go.
nina - I can find the playball website and the franchise details but no one actually saying anything about it, excluding creche owners and the people running it.
Coffeeking - yeah, thats what I thought.
mtb-idle, I thought that, but excluding this it's a great place and very accomadating in changing dates and times as I work shift... but then I am paying for that service.
