I need a new electric hob , I'm not interested in induction so what brand ceramic woud be best.

Yep, Neff are good - had one in my old house (again, for over ten years) and it was fine. Don't buy an Indesit - got one in new house, less than two years old and it's effed already. And it wasn't great in the first place.

Neff every day, installed them in every house I've lived in for the last twenty years and never had any issues.
