I Post on their facepoo page always get a quick reply/email/call via that method
well when they said they would call me back last week they didn't. They've still not explained why they cancelled our internet contract, and line, and why we have had to use a sodding dongle for the last 32 days why we wait for them to sort out a proper line.
Still they still hassle me with ads and cold calling so I know they've not forgotten about me completely.
So in answer to your question........unlikely.
Do what bruneep said, or their own eforum or whatever it's called. They can get things sorted quick if there's some bad publicity on offer.
mate of mine found the one of the directors email addresses and wrote to him, they called him back pretty quick
