Which models tend not to fog up?

the jawbones have vented lenses, but if you're posing you won't be sweating, so they won't fog up?

As above - no issues with fogging with Jawbones for me although TBH I don't really wear them off the bike unless I'm driving / knocking about in the garden with the kids etc. Vintage Persols or original Raybans (with B&L lenses) are the way to go otherwise...
