[Closed] Web/Helmet/Video Cam

Prompted by the arrival of our first child, I am looking to invest in some form of video camera.

I'll be wanting to take video footage of our little treasure, and to let her Skype video chat/gurgle at her grandparents in Yorkshire. It crossed my mind that I could get a camera which I could then plug a helmet mounted bullet cam into for biking? I don't want pinpoint quality as much as ease of use, flexibility and maybe even value for money.

Any advice on video/helmet/web cams or combos is much appreciated!!
