USB to put on top of an external monitor
Tried a couple of £20-30 ones from Amazon but the picture and/or sound quality was poor so they've gone back
Happy to spend more for something that works

I've not used one but the Logitech C920 always seemed to be well recommended

Yeah I've got a Logitech something or other, I managed to find it stuck down the back of the shelf in ASDA back when you couldn't buy laptops / webcams or the like anywhere. It was £25 I think.
It's got a 720p camera which is more than fine for Teams calls etc, and the mic is good enough I don't need a headset which is a real bonus.
