Can anyone help? I have a website that's still using a different domain as the master. Can anyone tell me how to change this please?

It depends a bit on where it is hosted and whether you already own the new domain that you want to use. Give us a bit more info. and I'm sure someone can help. Even the domain that it is currently and what you want to use will help

It looks like your site is Wordpress (well, if I have your site correct), so in that case you can follow these instructions:
This assumes that you already own the domain that you want to use and that you have set up the appropriate record to point to your site
