the barb that supplies the venturi suction detergent feed into the outlet had snapped off - meaning it leaked like buggery and was woeful at being a pressurewasher.

the detergent thing never really worked great anyway the external ones are much better.

so - tapped out the 3/8s NPT thread to M10 and used epoxy chemical metal on the bolt before threading it in and tightening it(not a deep casting so not so many threads with an M10 course, which was the only thread i had that was big enough to tap out) - then jubalee clipped round it for belt and braces--- didnt fancy taking chances with 120bar.

works like a dream - and best of all it didnt blow up in my face - yet.
