...seems to me that there is little wonder that the police have a bad name.
Pepper spraying a guy that is already under control and on the floor and trying to confiscate a group of 18yr old lads unopened case of stella because they were drinking on the street.

The unopened beer thing was crazy, stupid bint. At least the desk sergeant saw sense and released the guys without charge.
