I was the chap that witnessed it. I have a photograph showing the guy who stole your bike, and I want to give it to the police.
I have phoned them and they cannot find the crime on their system!?!!
If it was you I need a crime number or the name of the officer involved, or I'll happily send you the photo.
Cannot believe the police can't find the incident on their system, despite the fact that they called me about it as a witness.
