So I'm starting this new fangled promotion diploma thing we do these days instead of exams. It's all online and seems to involve lots of online forum discussions with a liberal dash of navel gazing, and presumably somewhere in the depths of all that some actual work. Anyway, my DI spoke to me today and warned me in the strongest terms to 'know your audience, do not post anything from Viz, and do not spend the next two years trolling the discussion forums'. 🙁
