or lob it all in the curry sauce and boil it in that until its cooked?
Courgettes, Cauliflower, spuds, onions, peas, some baby corn and a red pepper
i always prefer it par boiled first - but don't overcook...
as suspected, just doing the spuds and cauli for a bit then lob it into the sauce with the pepper and courgette and found a few mushrooms too!
umm - i want curry now !
boil water add pots and cauli (or not your choice on later)
fry onions
add peppers
add courgettes
add baby corn ( i like it crunchy bar boil or add sooner)
add par bolied veg + peas add sauce
warm = eat
I am assuming it is a shop bought sauce here BTW
building first set of wheels over easter ...will be in touch
wheres the chick peas a veggie curry has to have chick peas
Yep, I would recommend chick peas too. And instead of par-boiling, what about par-steaming, will keep the veg a bit cruchier
