Iv got to do some recording for work which is just going to be people talking (I have the DJI Mic 2), it will be recorded inside an office but there is lots of light.

What settings would I be best putting the OSMO on for just people at desks recording?

Ok, caveat, I don’t actually have an osmo 4… but I have a GoPro which must be somewhat similar, right?

I would set it to whatever quality you wish, and either 24 or 30 frames per second.
If the option exists to use a linear or narrow field of view go with that. The wide lens is bad.

Ok great - there is a narrow option and I can reduce the frame rate.

Was thinking of recording at 2.7k rather than 4k as it will just been shown on teams? Or should I go 1080P ?
