Need a problem sorted pronto... just discovered a big wet patch in the carpet and it would appear that there's a burst/leaking pipe under the floor, assume it's a radiator pipe or somesuch?
Anyhoo, thought I'd see if there's anyone on here who'd like the job, or if someone can can recommend somebody?
