We bought a house with UPVC windows already fitted, and I have to admit the sealant they used around the edges looks a bit naff. Is there any kind of external, self adhesive trim I can buy to put down the edges to tidy this up?

I guess you could use some l trim or quarter round but what you see there is the norm....all be it by an amateur/rushing silicone artist
