Just had notification that an expected delivery is now being returned to sender.
They attempted delivery three times.
No one in 1st time so taken away (fair enough), so changed delivery option to leave in outhouse.
Second attempt failed because no one in, why didn't the follow the outhouse instructions? So change delivery address to my parents down the road and arrange that they will be in
Third attempt failed as no one in, delivery attempt at my, original, address.
Eventually got through to an overseas call centre.
Apparently it takes 3 days for the change of delivery to take effect, which doesn't work if they attempt on three consecutive days.
I've emailed sender to say I'd like refund of all postage costs and cancellation of order.
Similarly waiting a delivery. Endless email notifications and no delivery. Absolute shower.
