Hi,
What's the best way to do this please? I'd rather pay somebody to do it but will try myself if that is better. If you have done it, can you tell me how?

You can usually just ask your network provider to do it for you, for free.
Well O2 do anyways.

If you got it on contract just speak to your network provider who will do it free of charge.
