I'm looking at buying a down jacket from uniqlo but I'm not sure what size to get. Most of my stuff is medium, but I'm not sure what their sizing is like. Has anyone got one? Are they good or should you recommend me an alternative.

Havent got that jacket but in general their stuff is slightly smaller than what stated e.g their medium tends to fit slimmer than that of most other highstreet stuff, but only a bit. If i was at the bottom end of medium, stick with medium but if i was oohing and ahing between M and L, I think I'd go for L. Hope that helps a bit!
