MegaSack DRAW - This year's winner is user - rgwb
We will be in touch
After the succcess of the "what stapler" thread I finally though t I'd ask this.
Totally serious, I bought replacement shoes laces that fall to pieces, just don't stay tied up (seemingly friction-less material), or the aglet fall off and they just unravel...
Was gunna post this in the bike forum, as I need laces for my MT90 boots (need to be tough to survive the being rapped about the metal eyelets) and NV Celsius boots (very small eyelets), but got too scared...
So anyone?
If they don't stayed tied then you may be tying them wrong.
Consult the section on Slipping Shoelaces on Ian's Shoelace Site 🙂
I've got these on my Tahos

Elastic laces! Just pull 'em off without any real faff.
Not sure if you really need laces on Celcius boots - the velcro straps seem to do the business, not sure a three point lace is much cop....
surely the answer to this is
"ones with laces"
😉
