Anyone got the sand bags out yet?

How bad is it looking where you are?

In Bristol, it's blue skies and the odd wisp wind. What happened to Armegeddon?

up north very wet with localised flooding. However we are tougher than southerners so we dont moan and nothing outside the M25 gets reported

No, not stupid enough to live on a flood plain.

BBC website says Wales and Scotland, I'm pretty sure Bristol isn't in either of those places. 😉

Novemberish weather in November shocker.

Bloody news, work of fiction and exaggeration.

Hammered it down here last night and was pretty windy. Lots of debris around from trees but nothing too worrying.

Enjoyed fording a few flood "streams" on the bike earlier!

Live halfway up a hill that's 282m above sea level at the top, 60m or less above sea level in the valley bottom. Flooding not likely.
Work car park is a different matter though 😯

Bit windy and a bit wet. Nothing new. World won't end just yet. Barometer fell quite sharply between 9 and midnight last night.

I think part of the problem with the news is that they "want" another story like the Cumbria flooding of last year, so are building themselves up to cover a stoary that hopefully will not happen.

Sunny and still in Cardiff this morning, M4 was drizzly in places. Lots of standing water in Hampshire tho.
