Hi folks.
I'm running the Cardiff half marathon in a few weeks 😕 Anybody got a few quid to spare for Ty Hafan childrens hospice. They are an excellent charity based in Wales that care for children with life-limiting conditions, which basically means that they are not expected to live past their 18th birthdays 😥
