Can I keep 2-Stroke oil in a small coke bottle for a year or six months without the oil eating the plastic?

Keep clearly labeled and well out of reach of children. Bright Red liquid looks like juice to them....
As above probably safer in the bottle it came in

Seems to work for vegetable oil. Maybe reuse an old veg oil bottle?
