w After an anxious wait we received our two babies this morning
a C.cyaneopubescens

Hopefully they will grow into this

I am assuming the second is a Goliath but what is the first?

No just crickets and meal worms Si ๐Ÿ˜€

Shakey, the first is also know as a Green Bottle Blue and the second in a Chaco Golden Knee. The chaco will be big though, up to 22cm ish if female.

Ah phew. In the rainforests I saw a tarantula, and it was the size of a dinner plate tip of leg to tip of leg. Never realised they could get that huge!

Look on the bright side Si, at least when they get that big they can't run very fast. They just have to lurk in your sleeping bag instead. ๐Ÿ™‚
