A letter from Bury Magistrates Court was delivered to me by mistake. The address on the envelope was similar to mine, but not the same.

I gave it back to the postman who couldn't give a sh1t.

I phoned the court to say that it had been misdelivered and the postman couldn't give a sh1t. They couldn't give a sh1t either.

So, some poor sod who may already be in trouble could be in a bit more if he doesn't get his documents.

I posted this after reading the thread about a summons yesterday.

The postie took it. Then displayed all the signs of not giving a sh1t.

Well unless you saw him chuck it in the bin, what's the problem? He probably just took it back to the sorting office?

It wasn't a notice to attend a Speed Awareness Course was it?

The impression that I got was that I (and it) was wasting his time. Hopefully it will get to the right guy. The court didn't want to know the name and address to send a duplicate to.
