Had a nosey up in the loft over the weekend and found large amounts of condensation on the felt (hopefully a few vent tiles will sort this.
The timber underneath the felt is very damp and has some white fungus build up in places.

Any ideas for the best treatment for wet rot?

Not good at all. Initially you need to get a lot of ventilation in there, then see how much damage has been done.
If you have eaves vents make sure they're not blocked by insulation.
Do you have bathroom extractor fans that go into the roofspace?

Possibly, there's an outlet for the ensuite shower going in there somewhere, I'm not sure if its vented externally.

It's an old terrace, the loft space does feel cold, there's no inbuilt ventilation at the moment and the felt is old style non-breathable stuff. There's not a huge amount of insulation up there and I don't think it's too close to the eaves

check the ventilation and get it dried out is a starter for 10. most wet rot fungus from what i remember of this at college cannot survive in dry timber so once its dry it should kill it. then its a case of inspecting the damage which is often quite extensive because as the wood dries out it turns to dust.
