Check out the price of an annual policy if you have the chance of any other trips (including in the UK) in the next year. These tend to be far better value than standalone policies when visiting the US

Check what your bank offers regarding packaged / premium accounts. They're travel cover is often very comprehensive and can be good value for families particular if you use at least one of the other products bundled with the account.
