Bloody hurt!!

Yesterday morning I was laying awkwardly in bed - laying on my back sideways with my head over the side playing with my youngest, sort of over-arched my back and made it a bit sore, 2 hours later and carrying youngest from the car a small but quite fierce explosion goes off half-way down my back. So I spent a few hours shuffling around, got a bit pished at a wedding.

Today and if my weight shifts forward an inch and the explosions of pain come back. Despite co-codimol (I can't spell it).

'Mrs Jay reckons I've trapped a nerve, she's got a degree in sports science and she's a district nurse so I've no reason to doubt her - so how long before I can stand and take a pee without weeping?

If its weeping you need antibiotics not co-codamol!
