Anyone know of the best way to get there without a car? I can fly from down the road from me so it makes a weekend trip possible 🙂 I don't fancy a 9 hour drive to take my bike and don't think I'd let the baggage monkeys loose on it so hiring is the plan.

A/ Service bus into Edinburgh and another back out to Peebles.
B/ There's now a [url= http://www.bikebusglentress.co.uk/ ]Bikebus[/url] service from Edinburgh to GT (and back!)
C/ Ask around on here nearer the time.

Hire a car? I tend to book via easycar - a quick quote for picking up first thing Saturday, returning late Sunday - £41.81, plus whatever fuel you use.
