Right, Now the nights are drawing in im keen to get out and train a litte more than just the 2-3 rides a week. Can anyone recomend any decent books or websites covering the principals of training along with a rough guide to structuring a weekly training program. Im not so much interested in the technical side of riding, more upping my endurance and power for racing. Im not wantign to become an elite racing machine, just wanna get faster and fitter.
