For me it would be a Thunderbird One or Two model,
a chemistry set,
a bike,

A tangerine.

Oh I lusted after that but never got it.
But I did have 7740 which amply made up for it. Definitely my most loved and played-with toy when I was a kid.
Super flight deck
Babycham
Tamiya RC car
However, it is on my list and I have been good this year, honest
I swear I'm getting younger and not older
an action man scorpion tank, boxed. i so clearly remember coming down on xmas morning and seeing this huge wrapped box by the sofa where my folks placed the presents.
i look now and again on ebay and they do come up, but i don't have anywhere to display one but one day i will.
A sledge (if we get any snow).

CraigW - MemberA sledge (if we get any snow).
My parents bought me a sledge last year. And it didn't bloody snow 🙁 I'm almost 40 but that was still heartbreaking.
It's in the shed... waiting...

Spud gun, terra scorcher rc car
A tangerine.
That was a very special film as a teenager, we found it amongst a friend's mother odd toy collection.
A Bigtrack and the Action man Helicopter. Also had the tank but my favourite was the helicopter.
Crossfire and Stretch Armstrong .
8860
Top of the list with a Tamyia Hot Shot.
Grifter

Never had it, those seats, so cool 🙂
My parents got me the helicopter which was a bit of a dissappointment as I was really after the bulldozer, which I think they got me the next year but can't actually remember. My Dad spent hours putting the chopper together (not sure it was the one shown above) for me to play with it for about 5 minutes and then rip it all apart 🙂

I've actually got all of those but Overlord's joints are a bit loose and he's missing some stickers and the Scalextric track is a bit tarnished (think the motors need replaced as well?). Should really get the dremel out and give it a good going over...
Oh and the Tamiya Boomerang too.
8860 was nice, but an 8880 had a better gearbox.
I still lust after an 8110, though I was hardly a kid when they came out (35?). They were £125, they're now making £250-£300 on fleabay.
Yamaha YZ80H or my Raleigh Burner (Red/Yellow)
Northwind - I have been trying to identify a load of my childhood lego sets that I recently rescued from my mum's loft, I have had no joy, I even asked on here and the pirate ship was one of them. My searches were bringing up a ship from 2002, that 6285 is the same and from 1989. There goes my evenings this week.

Might need a lie down now
I had the Lego ship, but the blue one. I have everything but the sails in my mums loft.
The same year my twin got the red and luminous yellow space buggy with big wheels.
