I woke at 4 this morning. Too early to ride so I looked through my box sets and ended up re-watching the the first two episodes of Series 3 - Children of Earth.
Blimey! I'd forgotten how good it was.
I think it was the best TV SciFi for a very long time and I find it hard to think of anything since to match it. In comparison Dr Who seems a bit trivial. Obviously Dr Who is more aimed at kids, but even so…
I know I'm going to end up watching all 4 series again.
Children of Earth was indeed most excellent.
Miracle Day was quite an interesting idea too, but a bit too American.
Ohew, I thought I was the only one to like it.
Miracle Day was indeed a bit American but in the opening of episode one, the cottage where they were staying on the Gower was one I rented a couple of times.
I went to Ianto's shrine at the bay. I didnt realise he was still alive. It definitely felt like a Joe Cocker moment
