I have been bottling my first homebrew. 22 litres of Woodfordes Wherry are now waiting to start bottle conditioning.
There were a couple of moments with the syphon when it fell out of the brew bucket but Huxley the dalmatian likes a drop too so the floor is nice and clean.
What to brew next when we broach the first bottle in 2 to 3 weeks? (Subject to the aleclearing).
