I'll be face down biting the pillow (again) so I probably won't be catching a glimpse of the "needle". 😮

I had a Lumber Puncture a few years ago and made the mistake of looking at the needle before the procedure. 😯
They asked me to curl up into the fetal position and said this might feel uncomfortable. I asked them to be honest with me and they smiled and replied "okay it's going to bloody hurt"
