Can a seller cancel a partial refund?
So I bought something off a FB group, paid with PayPal (not gift). Seller contacted me, slight discrepancy to his advert so gave a partial refund, but paypal have it down as pending
Just wondered if there's a way the seller can change his mind about the refund and cancel it, or worse now he's given a partial I can't get a full refund if there's more wrong

Probably transferred you OG payment into his bank, so if the PP account is empty the refund comes from the linked bank account and takes 5-7 days

Also, a partial refund doesn't stop a full refund (well, the remaining part) at a later date.
