.. sitting on one of my bikes and seeing if I can cycle it any distance without too much pain.
Healing vibes!
Conversely, I'll be doing the opposite.
Good luck Woppit!
What is the opposite of that??
Trying to cause yourself pain whilst not moving and not sitting on a bike?
DezB - I usually find that a sequence of not sitting on my bike then having my movement stopped results in causing myself pain.
Go for it Woppit!
Good luck the Wopster. I suggest to motivate yourself and/or push through the pain by setting yourself a clear achievable goal. Something that can activate the reward circuits in your brain, to push you to feets of endurance to reach your full potential. Something to aim for. A destination perhaps.
Something like, oh I don't know.... something like.....
😆 😆 😆
Most definitely, binn.
Good proper beers, there, Binners. None of that northern muck! 😉

Good luck, I took my bike out for the first time in 9 weeks today. Just over 5 miles in 40 minutes, with a pub lunch stop in the middle 😀
My ankle is a bit swollen now mind, but it was worth it!
I shall mostly be turning good ammunition into spent brass so no chance of riding this weekend but hoping to make up for it next weekend!
Healing vibes to the OP.
5 miles
!!!
I'm hoping to, like, get to the end of the street and back... 😯
Go for it, the longest journey starts with a single step, and all that jazz 🙂
My ride was on the flat if that helps, and I knew there was a pub in the middle... motivating factors and all that!
Good luck, you're doing well to get back in the saddle so soon.
Why Binners, you look more like your dad everyday 😉
