How was it done? ..some parts look like a dummy could have been used ..others look like it's a real bloke tumbling. would have been very painful despite body protection surely. Actually on 2nd viewing pretty sure it's mixed dummy and person ( certainly dummy at the beginning !)

Poor CGI that's why quality is turned right down and the people on stairs look like cut outs.
Either way you'd need to pretty thick to think it was real.

One comment says they used a stuntman and a crane and wires lifting up the stairs and then just reversed the film.
Sounds plausible. Even the car bit, if done slow and then sped up.
I guess this may have been done for a TV show or advert. Professional job.
That puts me in mind of some bits of Brechfa TC, I used to think - oh jeez if I come off here I'm going to never stop falling. Then I did, I didn't go far.
Did that at Afan once on Whites climb. Narrow bit with rock sticking out, clipped the rock with bars and lost balance. Foot down other side but there's nothing there. Over I went rolling down and didn't stop until the path below. 😆
He should take up football.
