If it's bribery and corruption you want, come to africa!

People routinly drink and drive here. If you get stopped by the police it will cost you R100 (about 8 quid) to get off.

BBC investigating Edinburgh council corruption but are strangely silent on the issues in Glasgow Council.

Political favouritism? Surely not.

I am not in it in the end.

Its specifically about the statutory notice thing which does not work in the same way anywhere else. Edinburgh has far wide reaching powers no other city has.
