Have you checked the ground floor of the Library in case the entire Panama Defence Force is wandering aimlessly down the aisles of books in search of the exit?

Oh is it a PD File they've lost?

Just get them to shout out "I'm looking for a PD file. Has anyone seen my PD file?"
